Only very few of the audio/visual content is hosted on this site. Most videos are embedded from Youtube. Therefore this site has no control over the copyright issue of the streaming media.

Copyright & Removal Policy
This policy is intended to implement the procedures set forth in 17 U.S.C. Section 512 and the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") for the reporting of alleged copyright infringement. It is our strict policy to never knowingly work in association with any infringing entity's unlawful use of a lawful trademark or lawful copyright. Remember, StreetHeatTV is simply a site that provides its readers with reporting of urban, R&B, celebs, media, & hip hop news and opinions.

We are simply reporting news. The owner of this site cannot know which movies, documentaries or cartoons are in public domain, which as been uploaded to e.g. YouTube by the owner and which has been uploaded without permission, and is therefore willing to give the source url upon request. The copyright owner must further contact the source if he wants his material off the internet completely.

Video Submissions
We do not host videos on our servers. All submissions must be original content. We assume you are authorized to provide promotional usage rights. If you want to submit an exclusive new video for the site.

Send video submissions to Submit@streetheattv.com . Include title, description, and the video url. All video submissions will get proper credit if accepted.

By submitting your video, you are representing to StreetHeatTV that you have all necessary rights in the video to authorize our use and possible reuse of the audio/visual material it contains. That your submission of the video is governed by our On Line Video Submission Agreement, and that you have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions of that Agreement.

Also, by submitting the video, you hereby grant StreetHeatTV the irrevocable right and license to duplicate, broadcast, exhibit, transmit and exploit the video. And you grant StreetHeatTV the right to grant sublicenses to third parties to duplicate, broadcast, exhibit, transmit and exploit the video, on the internet, television, mobile platforms or other media throughout the world.
